GENERAL INFORMATION
INTERNSHIP DURATION:
- 75/80 hours
- minimum 1 month
- you can stay in the same company maximun 12 months
- you must finish the Internship before the graduation
STEPS TO START THE INTERNSHIP
1. Approval Request
Prof. Graziano Salvalai has to approve your internship. Please send this file to graziano.salvalai@polimi.it and in cc ti stage-lecco@polimi.it
2. Fill Out The Internship Document
When the internship has been approved, the company has to fill out the Internship Document on the Career Service website.
In order to do this, the company:
- has to be registered on the Career Service website.
- must have subscribed the Internship Agreement with Politecnico di Milano
If it doesn't, please register the company and follow the procedure to subsribe the Internship Agreement.
3. Receive the Internship Project
You will receive the Internship Document by e-mail.
Print it. It must be signed by you and by your company tutor.
Send the Internship Document to stage-lecco@polimi.it WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE STARTING DATE OF THE INTERNSHIP.
The internship Office will return the document signed by the university tutor to you.
4. Credits Validation
In order to receive the CFU, you and your company tutor have to fill out an online form to evaluate the internship. You will receive the form by email on the last day of internship.
Internal Practice Activity (Internal Internship)
Activities organized by a professor that has as object the involvement of a student only in a research activity to be carried out at one of the Laboratory of Lecco Campus.
PROCEDURE
1- Please send this file to stage-lecco@polimi.it
2- You will receive the Internship Document by e-mail. Print 3 copies of it. the 3 copies must be signed by you and by your university tutor. Bring 3 copy to the Internship Office BEFORE THE STARTING DATE OF THE INTERNSHIP.
3- In order to validate the Internship credits you have to send to stage-lecco@polimi.it the final report: student final report.
